- For 2.1, 2.2, 4.1, Sound Bar, Bookshelf Speakers - Onsite Support is available at dealer/partner end only and not at customer's place.
- For 2.1,2.2, 4.1, Sound Bars & Bookshelf Speakers purchased online - Onsite Support is not applicable. Customer needs to visit nearby service center to avail Carry-in support.
- 5.1, Tower, DJ speakers are applicable for onsite support at customer's place. (subject to easy surface transportation availability)
